Exclusive Invitations to Your Experiences: One Link, One QR Code, Your Guest List

With Gustaio Invitations you invite exactly the guests you want to a specific Experience at a fixed date and time, without a public booking page and without a spreadsheet.

Some evenings are not meant for everyone: a winemaker dinner for regulars, a preview of the new menu for partners, a press evening, a private tasting. Until now these meant email threads, handwritten lists and a lot of "Did you already reply?". Invitations replace all of that with one link.

How It Works

In the Terminal you open an Experience, create an invitation and choose the date and time from your slot engine, so only real, available slots can be picked. Gustaio generates a personal link and a QR code. You can share the link by message or email, or print the QR code on a card, a menu or a flyer. The PDF export is ready for print.

The guest opens the link and sees a page in your restaurant's design, with the Experience, the date and a personal title and message. They only enter their number of guests and contact details. Date, price and capacity are never in the link, they are always checked on our servers.

You Stay in Control

Every invitation fits the occasion. You decide whether guests sign up free of charge or under the usual terms of the Experience, whether sign-ups are confirmed automatically or by you, and until when guests can register. The capacity of your slot always applies.

A Live Guest List

Every sign-up appears immediately in the invitation's guest list, with the number of guests, status and contact details. Counters show how many places are taken and how many are left. You can sort your invitations by upcoming events, so the next evening is always on top.

After the event you know exactly who was there and can invite them again.

Clear for the Guest, Too

If an invitation is full, paused or expired, the guest sees a friendly page in your design instead of an error. The booking confirmation says that it came from an invitation, and cancellation follows the rules you set.
